Let me introduce myself, my name is Bob Grandmaison, semi-retired with over 40 years of experience in the industry and would love to help you out with your excavation projects.

I ventured into the construction world in 1976, establishing my own construction company in Sudbury. Fast-forward to 1998 I sold this profitable year-round business, moved to Ottawa but not before mastering various trades, including swimming pool sales and installations, paving, foundation repair, waterproofing, septic systems, lot clearing, road construction, and commercial snow clearing services.

The adventure continued in 2003 when, established Pool Builders Ltd., where we specialized in custom in-ground pools, retaining wall construction, general excavating, and lot clearing.  In the spring of 2022,  the torch was passed on to my children.

Now, I may be semi-retired, but my love for excavating keeps me going. I thrive on new challenges and take pride in offering affordable services to those in need. People often say I'm like a surgeon with an excavator, and you know what? I'll take that as a compliment!
